Founded by a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), A Big Heart ABA is led by a clinician with over a decade of experience supporting children with autism and other developmental and behavioral needs. Since becoming a BCBA in 2020, our founder has provided comprehensive behavior consultation, conducted Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developed individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and delivered parent coaching rooted in evidence-based practices.

In addition to direct clinical work, our founder currently serves as a Clinical Director , providing clinical leadership, mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, reviewing treatment plans for quality and funding compliance, supporting multidisciplinary teams, and collaborating with schools and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, ethical services.

Our experience spans home, school, and community environments, with specialized expertise in behavior assessment, positive behavior support, parent coaching, executive functioning, staff training, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Every recommendation is tailored to each child's unique strengths, needs, and goals.
