Our mission is to partner with caregivers, schools, and healthcare professionals to develop practical strategies that help children build confidence, increase independence, and thrive across home, school, and community settings.

A Big Heart ABA was founded with one simple belief: meaningful progress begins with meaningful relationships. Every child is unique, and every family deserves a provider who listens, collaborates, and celebrates each milestone along the way.

Founded by a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), A Big Heart ABA combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, family-centered approach. Our founder brings over a decade of experience supporting children with autism and other developmental and behavioral needs across home, school, community, and clinical settings.

Since becoming a BCBA in 2020, she has conducted comprehensive behavioral assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developed individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), designed evidence-based treatment plans, and provided parent coaching that empowers families with practical strategies they can confidently use in everyday life.

Her experience extends beyond direct clinical care. Throughout her career, she has held clinical leadership roles overseeing quality assurance, mentoring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), supervising aspiring behavior analysts, and supporting multidisciplinary teams. She has reviewed treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality and insurance compliance, guided authorization and reauthorization processes, monitored treatment integrity, implemented Behavioral Skills Training (BST), and collaborated with professionals across disciplines to ensure children receive high-quality, ethical, and individualized care.

This breadth of experience provides a comprehensive understanding of every stage of ABA services—from assessment and treatment planning to supervision, collaboration, quality assurance, and family support—allowing A Big Heart ABA to deliver services that are thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in best practices.
